Abstract: This study examines the servant leadership and studies its influence on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment and trust. Furthermore, it also studies on the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance. A vegetable seeding company has been selected as sample with this respect. This research is explanatory research to test the hypothesis. Respondents are managers of the company. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Results from descriptive and quantitative analysis showed that organizational commitment is a significant mediator between servant leadership and employee performance. The result also showed that servant leadership can’t directly generate employee performance but can generate employee performance through organizational commitment and trust.
